Ewura Adams Karim is a self-motivated and multi-talented poet and performing artist, social entrepreneur, and activist with a history of demonstrated leadership in youth and community development, creative arts and entrepreneurship.
He is passionate about the development of youth and women in Ghana. He co-founded Maltiti Foundation, a non-profit NGO with the aim of empowering women and youth in deprived communities in Northern Ghana. He also Co-foundered Vert Growth an Agri-business that seeks to create employment for disconnected youth in Ghana and he is currently the CEO of Creativity Express, an art firm that uses art to promote social change.
He has caused massive change in the lives of numerous people who look up to him directly as a role model and a youth leading an exemplary cause. In 2017, he represented the University of Ghana at the Regionals of the Hult Prize Competition and in Boston in 2019.
He was recently recognized as a Community Hero by Africa Centre for Peace Building and Awake Africa Magazine. The Greater Accra Regional National Service Secretariat also recognized him as a youth who has played a key role in the alleviation of suicide in the Ghanaian society through the Choose life initiative.
Radio Univers, the only and most authoritative media outlet in the University of Ghana recognized him as part of the 30 Most Influential Students in the University of Ghana and at the just ended University of Ghana Excellence Awards he was awarded Most Influential Student.
